My CPU is at 11900K. I want to overclock it to 51x, seems stable at 1.45v and 85°C. Not always 1.45v, I'm using an offset instead of manual control and cstate on. 1.45v is the maximum voltage reading from the hardware. Usually, the voltage runs around 1.4v. Please give me some advice.

With adequate cooling, the adaptive boost should function properly. The Thermal Velocity Boost would cap performance at 4.8Ghz across all cores. I wouldn't aim for a 1.45 daily, but if it occasionally spikes, it should be fine.

Reduce your LLC by one setting and observe its effect on peak voltage.
