Is it possible to upgrade your BIOS for this processor? (Ryzen 5 5600G, ASRock B550M HDV)
I need to upgrade my BIOS to the newest release (L2.62). I'm currently using the 2.40 edition. My motivation comes from my CPU not fitting with the motherboard by default. They introduced support for the 5000 G-series in a 1.60 patch, so originally I had to install a Ryzen chip with a different design. Now that my motherboard supports my Ryzen 5 5600G, I'm wondering if updating the BIOS with it is safe. Thanks.
