Just turn on the stock cooler and set your Power Boost Out (PBO) to get the biggest boost available. Then use Ryzen Master with a normal power plan.

You might feel a bit faster when you turn on AXMP in your BIOS, but if your hard drive is slow, it could actually make your whole computer feel sluggish instead.

Using the stock cooler with just a single PBO setting gives your system its highest boost settings. You should also use Ryzen Master along with a balanced power profile to do that.
