Just turn on the stock cooler and set your Power Boost Out (PBO) to get the biggest boost available. Then use Ryzen Master with a normal power plan.

You might feel a bit faster when you turn on AXMP in your BIOS, but if your hard drive is slow, it could actually make your whole computer feel sluggish instead.
