Is it possible to play Star Wars Battlefront 2 (2017) on your PC?

Hello! I own an RX 570 with 4 GB RAM, which I plan to upgrade to 12 or 10. My system runs Apex Legends, Fortnite, and Rainbow Six Siege smoothly at 1080p with 60 fps on high settings. COD Warzone performed okay at normal settings but had stutters and crashes under normal load, which my friend attributed to the RAM. I really enjoyed the old Battlefront titles and am eager to play Battlefront 2 (2017). I attempted to verify my specs using Game Debate, though I wasn’t sure about the accuracy of the results. I’ve attached the data. My goal is to achieve at least 1080p medium with 50–60 fps, or lower settings if needed. Thank you in advance for your help!

I don’t have enough money for another purchase, won’t 12 GB help with smooth gameplay? Should I upgrade my CPU?

You definitely need two 8GB drives; anything else doesn’t make much sense. While you can technically reach 10 or 12GB RAM, it’s not practical now—8GB remains affordable, so consider saving up for 16GB instead.

I'm living in an area where RAM costs are higher. After the pandemic, I plan to upgrade my PC once things stabilize, but right now I can only afford up to 12. Also, everything is under lockdown, so I'm not doing any activities.

The key factor limiting progress is your CPU. If it’s slow, you’ll need to adjust to lower performance levels.

The 60fps can drop occasionally. The CPU gets pushed to its limit almost all the time while playing that game, depending mainly on how demanding the scene is at that specific moment.
