Is it possible to overclock to 1200 MHz on an A320M-S2H motherboard?
I switched from the intel i3 3240 to the ryzen 1200 because the i3 3240 felt too slow, but my budget limited me to buying the r3 1200. I started playing games and noticed my performance was still much lower than the i3 3240. I was wondering if I could overclock the r3 to 3.4hz or higher. My motherboard is a gigabyte a320m-s2h.
Unfortunately, the 320 chipset doesn't support overclocking. It's strange how your results with the Ryzen 3 1200 turn out to be worse compared to the Intel i3-3240. The Ryzen should perform better.
I don't understand, but I notice identical performances between Intel and Ryzen at PUBG 100%, causing a drop in FPS. I made a mistake now—I should purchase the B350. Thanks for your reply.
I think the GT 1030 might be the cause if the frame rate is the concern. Switching to a quicker card should help.
