I understand the i3 9100f is a locked processor, yet I was still curious about overclocking via BIOS. I have an AsRock B365 HDV and will post a photo from the BIOS overclock utility tab. Here it is: https://imgur.com/a/B5mLfqg

The only action you can take with locked BIOS/CPU combinations is BCLK OC. It offers minimal benefit but can significantly impact the system since it controls the bus clock.

Could they simply secure all cores in turbo mode? That would seem quite beneficial, though it might require a Z-board.
