I have a Ryzen 7 3700X with a Zotac Gaming 2070 Super. My motherboard is an AMD X570 and my CPU is watercooled. I'm new to overclocking and feeling a bit anxious. If the answer is yes, should I focus on overclocking the CPU or the GPU?

Yes, both your CPU and GPU can be overclocked. Whether it's worth doing depends on your needs. Overclocking might be beneficial if you require additional performance.
