I've been attempting to play Rust recently but don't know what they've done to it, yet I'm struggling to reach more than 40 frames. My specs are a 4070 Super, an i5 13600kf, and 32GB DDR4 Corsair Vengeance RAM. My GPU and CPU are consistently around 30% usage, which is typical since Rust is a CPU-intensive game. Even so, my CPU seems capable of handling it better than 40 FPS. How can I increase the usage and fix this frustrating issue?

Use DDU to eliminate all GPU drivers from Intel, AMD and Nvidia in Safe Mode, then install the newest GPU driver manually via an elevated command, such as right-clicking the installer and selecting Run as Administrator (assuming you're on Windows OS).
