Your Windows 11 is freshly installed with no viruses or malware detected.
Did you install the operating system in offline mode? If not, use DDU to eliminate all GPU drivers (Intel, AMD, Nvidia) during Safe Mode, then reinstall using the newest GPU drivers in an elevated command.
Please note the make and model of your power supply unit and its age.

Also in offline mode, my PSU is 850 Watts and it's gold; my PC is just one year old.

The stated power output is 850W, but this refers to Gold's 80+ efficiency rating, not the actual model being discussed.

Hey guys, I just bought an ASUS Zephyrus G14 (2024) with RYZEN 9 8945HS and RTX 4060 yesterday. I’m not sure why I’m only getting 200-300 FPS in VALORANT at low settings. I know the Ryzen 9 and RTX 4000 series should give me over 400 FPS, right? Is there something wrong with my setup? Also, this is my first time using a gaming laptop. Any advice or help would be super appreciated! 😀
