a premium visual style would simply increase the load on the CPU, while a game with messy code would cause the CPU to freeze more noticeably even with a stronger GPU

You have the RAM box still? Enter the speed and timing manually as specified, leaving the rest on auto. This picture will guide you on which fields to fill.
If this concerns warranty, don’t overthink it much. CPU failures triggered by XMP settings are uncommon, and if the boot fails due to it, simply reset the board’s CMOS—nobody will know what happened. Just turn it on. I think the main problem is likely related to RAM capacity for frame rate, which works adequately for both Intel and AMD 2133 in office tasks.
