Would running these two versions of AC at a resolution of 960x720 with all settings set to low be possible, given my hardware? My computer specifications are as follows:

Is the rx550 considered a reasonably good graphics card?

You ought to be able to play those games at increased resolution and settings.

It will still experience somewhat low frame rates in densely populated areas regardless of the visual configurations used.
