Prior to the GPU upgrade, I maintained stable frame rates on older games with an RX 570, never dropping below 240, but after switching to an RX 6600, the game became unplayable as my frames were consistently under 150. All other maps function normally. What's the issue?

Consider testing your Windows power plan set to High Performance. Have you also reinstalled the drivers following the GPU replacement?

Likely connected to stored assets and textures. Adjust your game settings and load the map. Then revert them, which should remove any remnants from the prior setup.
