Yes, and I completely grasp that the internal workings of the PS4 PRO, or any gaming console, have been adjusted and improved. Therefore? We perform similar modifications to our personal computers when we increase their performance through overclocking.

I wholeheartedly concur, however the games are also noticeably 'reduced in quality'. If they were to execute the PC version on a PS4 Pro, it would not be playable at 2K or 4K.

"Reduced" - no, they aren't, they’re merely streamlined specifically for the PlayStation 4 – something that’s practically unattainable on PC due to the vast range of hardware options.

This is standard practice across the board.

The PS4 Pro’s 2.1GHz, eight-core x86-64 “Jaguar” processor, 8GB GDDR5 memory, and AMD Radeon GPU with a performance equivalent to an RX 470 – significantly surpassing a low-end dual-core G4400 at 2.2 GHz paired with a GT 1030 – represents an undeniable advantage.
