Base clock reads 3.5 while turbo reaches 3.9GHz. Honestly, I don’t need to stress too much about these temperatures—they’re well within safe limits for your system.

As mentioned before, I'm hesitant about the AOI I installed because of its age. I bought an Arctic freeze 13 at Walmart for $25 and put it in. The CPU temperatures now sit between 41-45°C when idle. Here are photos of the BIOS after installing the air cooler.

Consider skipping the OC unless necessary, as this will noticeably lower CPU temperatures or help assess if voltage reduction to about 1.1 volts is feasible. A reading of 1.2 is still within a reasonable range but likely contributes to the warmth. It might also indicate worn TIM between the die and heat spreader.
