I'm looking for builders who allow me to select every component of the RTX5090 AI PC, from the case to the power supply and RAM chips. I want to ensure everything fits well and choose a trustworthy company to assemble it for me. Are there any such reputable firms available?

In the US, you should use MicroCenter.

I'm here, but there aren't any available in my area. I'll check if they can send it to me.

It's roughly a seven-hour drive from here.

I would not ship a PC with a 5090 installed, unless the builder uses temporary foam inserts inside the case to cushion the GPU against shock and vibration.
With such a heavy card, there's the risk it could rip the PCIe connector off the mobo and destroy the card itself too.

If I was transporting the rig myself, I'd unplug the GPU and remove a big air cooler (if fitted) to avoid costly damage. All it takes is one deep pothole and crunch.
You might get lucky and find someone local (an enthusiast) prepared to help for a consideration. I usually charge a bottle (or two) of red wine, but I'm at least 3,000 miles from your location.
Check the internet for custom (bespoke) PC builders or even a local computer repair shop if you live near a town or big city. Be prepared to pay a couple of hundred dollars for assembly.

OriginPC isn't inexpensive.
Specialists employ regular parts, staying near the initial purpose.

There’s something worth thinking about. Maybe I’ll try to make it myself. The main issue with my last build was assembling the CPU fan after installing the bracket. I used a Cooler Master Hyper 212 and had band-aids on my fingers to prevent bleeding. I’d probably find water cooling easier, but I’m hesitant about adding it over a $3500 GPU since leaks are a concern. The case also seems problematic—some videos show the video card bracket blocking SATA ports, which isn’t ideal for me.

It's similar to specifying "if you're in the US, Boston." There are 29 Microcenter locations across the country. This implies that nearly all people need to travel several hours to reach the closest one.
