How exact is that "10 minute" pattern? Check Task Manager, Resource Monitor, Task Scheduler, or Process Explorer for any strange background processes. Look specifically for ones showing up only when a game starts or about 10 minutes later. Use Process Explorer (Microsoft's free tool) at https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sysint...s-explorer. Just pick one tool and search for the 10 minute pattern plus a 5 second delay. It takes some time to do this. There is no rush. The main goal is to find out why things are slow, then fix them. Don't start deleting or changing anything right away.
