I bought a refurbished Dell Latitude 7320 2-in-1 in 2021. The battery report indicates it's still in decent condition (36K mWh vs. 39K mWh originally), but the real-world usage is much lower—around 4 to 6 hours per charge instead of the advertised 10 hours. Considering this, should I go ahead and replace the battery despite it being near its original capacity?

Hey there,
If the battery is the original, then yes, you should replace it. The original will definitely have some wear in it. I did the same on a Dell Latitude 7820. It had a 65w battery that was supposed to be in good shape, but it barely lasted a couple of hours. I replaced it with a new 45w one, and now it runs for about 5 to 6 hours, which is exactly what I needed.
