I plan to construct a new gaming rig.
Processor = Core i5 6600k
Cooler = Cryorig H5 Universal
Motherboard = Asus Z170-k
RAM = G.Skill Ripjaws v 2x4 8Gb 2400mhz DDR4
GPU = Zotac Gtx 1060 Amp 6 Gb
Power Supply = Thermaltake Smart se 530w
Storage = Toshiba 1Tb
Chassis = ThermalTake versa N21
I aim to run all games at 1080P ultra settings. Is this setup sufficient?
Also, if I clock my CPU from 3.5 to 4.6, will the cooler and motherboard manage it easily? Help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

*) XFX XTR / TS 550W
*) Seasonic G 550W / M12II-520W
*) Antec HCG
