No direct method exists through Microsoft to obtain an ISO for Windows 7. Third-party distributors are generally discouraged unless they provide clear proof of authenticity and reliability.

No. Legit OEM copies you buy are exactly the same as retail, but you "can only install once". They also don't work as an upgrade etc. They have no banding, nothing.

Purchase directly from Amazon. Copies labeled "dell" or "HP" were obtained illegally and may be eligible for a refund. Otherwise, it's a standard, clean Windows 7 installation.
