I'm experiencing problems with my latest build. Almost every game freezes. I've checked the MSI After Burner logs to see if any lights are on, but they don't seem to help. Some benchmarks were shorter than expected. I closed them after a few stutters.

Well, you're not required to follow that method, but the monitoring logs can be saved as an HTML file for viewing in any browser. You might also save benchmarks as a text file, which is easy to open in Notepad. Alternatively, sharing a brief video with your monitoring metrics displayed on screen would be ideal, as it clearly demonstrates the stutter.
I aim to minimize the use of recordings. To prevent any FPS drops, I take certain precautions.
There is no noticeable impact on performance when using ShadowPlay Instant Replay. It continuously saves your gameplay and only stores it when you press the save key. Simply pause, press the save key, and it will compress up to 20 minutes of cached gameplay using the built-in H.264 technology in your GPU. This method performs adequately for short demo clips. For regular gameplay videos, just ensure you remain paused until the save is fully completed; otherwise, subsequent caches may appear choppy while saving.
That's right. Thanks for the advice, I'll keep track of some gameplay footage. Recently used DDU as I read. Swapping cards can lead to some issues. I've swapped around three others before this one. Just building up the chain. I don't think it would be caused by that. Still, it's all part of the learning phase. I'll share a video once morning comes. Regarding DDU, its impact is quite noticeable. Games tend to have higher FPS and load faster. However, that's mainly for GTA V and Destiny 2. Bright Memory and Dying Light are the biggest issues.
