I'm deciding which gaming laptop to purchase, not choosing between the cheaper or more expensive options at the link. My needs include streaming gameplay on Twitch while recording, aiming for a seamless experience. I'll also use CAD software and programming languages. The price difference isn't significant as long as it adds value.

8 gb of VRAM will render those GPUs obsolete soon. If you need to acquire one, the 4070 is superior, though it doesn't seem like a 300 dollar improvement in my view.
