CPU: Ryzen 5 5600x
GPU: 4060 ti 16GB
MOBO: NZXT N7 b550
RAM: Corsair vengance 4x8 gb
CPU Cooler Lian Li galahad trinity ii
Case: NZXT h9 flow
PSU: 700W
SSD: samsung 990 pro 1 TB
Would this setup still function effectively in four years?

It depends on how you're using it. A Pentium 4 keeps working well if it fits your needs. A 5900X could struggle if you need something like a Threadripper. Also, the PSU is a big concern for longevity and safety—just knowing the wattage isn't enough. If the PSU is low quality, the system isn't reliable right now.

it depends on how you define "perform well."
I have a 10+ year-old system that keeps running smoothly in an office setting. It functions excellently for its purpose.

I’d consider changing the PSU selection or abandon the whole concept altogether. This option sits on Tier D of the list, labeled only for very budget-friendly, low-end GPUs. It’s a very basic setup—essentially a rebranded Sirfa unit from years ago, originally built for older office machines.

Yup, those are excellent PSUs.
I just replaced a Super Flower Leadex III in my main rig with one. That was an awesome PSU too, but I replace a PSU any time there's the slightest suspicion of it being a problem. Having downtime is too expensive for me.

I think I have enough money left in my budget to make it work. If that's the case, will my PC still function well four years from now for games such as League of Legends, Valorant, Cyberpunk, and Assassin's Creed?

It should be, even though the future remains unclear. The initial two models are especially suitable for modest computers.
