It's not necessarily an issue if you install Windows on a SATA SSD and use an NVMe M.2 drive for games and apps. You should be able to expect good performance, though there might be some minor bottlenecks from the operating system on the SATA SSD.

It won't cause any issues as long as the SATA SSD has space. Performance should remain stable overall.

Everything is okay.
Avoid overloading the SSDs as well.

Using a tiny boot drive means keep it away from the installation media and place it elsewhere.
Don’t agree to the "Express" option—opt for "Custom" and set the destination to another drive or location you prefer.
Also, beware that "Express" installations often include unnecessary (sometimes intrusive) software along with the main program!
