The model with an RTX 3050 and RX 5600XT doesn't seem worth buying. The one with the RTX 3070 Ti could be a good investment, but it needs a suitable PSU due to the GPU's high transient load spikes. If you can replace the PSU with a stable 850W unit, that would be ideal. Another point that caught my attention was the lack of details about the RAM and cooler models provided.
Thank you! Most players focus on Path of Exile, Dota, and Fortnite, but they’re also interested in Clear Obscur and Battlefield 6. They’re currently playing at 1080P.
What makes cheaper options unnecessary? Should I consider buying the 12500 model and upgrading its power supply?
This site frequently blocks my posts when I use the correct spelling of "fortnight," marking them as spam. Is this typical?
Craislist isn't good in the South, right? Maybe it's stolen? I hope you complete the exchange in front of a police station.
😵
In short, my only option is a DIY barebones laptop or a similar Black Friday deal with a cooling pad. Online sellers are off-putting!
😈
P.S. $749 special at Newegg, and upgrade the CPU later. (And Newegg won't wear a COVID mask and ruin you!)
Question it if it's stolen—it seems the seller has two other similar listings, all offering more details than most thieves would provide. I’d expect something like "gamng comp, don’t know what’s inside, selling for my brother, 1000 obo, no low ballers, I know what I got." Craigslist is terrible everywhere. Still, I haven’t had worse experiences on any other site. You’re looking at a mess if you check Facebook Marketplace too. Thanks for the Newegg link—I’ll pass it along to my friend.
If you have Microcenter close by, take a look at them. The one in my area offers something similar.

When sourcing components for a build, I believe they might charge a fee for assembly. Used to be around $150.
I think I might be watching too many movies.
🙂 But one should be careful when purchasing from private sellers.
I often buy from sites similar to Craigslist in my country.
(It's called "bazos" if you're interested—it works in both Slovakia and the Czech Republic)
Private sellers also list their items,
I haven't had any problems except for a few parts being out of date (but mostly cheap and old stuff).
We have two microcenters close to the city, and we used to have two fry's, unfortunately fry's is gone now. I didn't realize the microcenter could handle a full build for you, which is reassuring. I'll share the link with them; they mentioned they want to make a decision by tomorrow. I'll check how it turns out, hah. Thanks everyone for your support on this.
