I have a GA-z68ap-d3 motherboard with an i7 2600k and a hyper 212 cooler. I attempted to overclock it and achieved stable speeds of 4.4Ghz from my tests in Prime95 at 65°C during stress testing, but I can't locate a method to set a precise voltage. It's currently at 1.38V under full load, and I'm unsure if that's safe since I can't lower it further.

The maximum voltage for the sandy bridge is 1.52 volts. Staying at or below this level should be sufficient.

As long as the temperatures stay below 80 C and the voltage remains stable, your overclocking should work well.
