I was checking Techquikie while it began buffering heavily. When I opened the task manager, here’s what appeared: Is this an issue? A fresh addition? A forgotten update slipped in? Or something different?

It appears restarting the task manager occasionally resolves the issue, but I worry it will recur in the future.

The Possible Task Manager failed to load properly, and restarting usually fixes the problem.

But is there any reason behind this? And what's making it happen?

TM built to fix itself and work independently from the operating system. How often does this problem occur?

Unless it happens often, I wouldn't be too concerned about it.

Windows 10 seems to be full of issues. It might have had a brief hiccup. Just accept it. If your device keeps starting up, that’s a good sign.
