It looks like you're seeking a fresh management game similar to Stardew Valley, Graveyard Keeper, Sunhaven, and other titles you've enjoyed. Rune Factory feels too demanding. Are there any other recommendations you'd like to explore?

Tried Rimworld? It's a top pick for me. To recap, the game lets you pick a few colonists and lead them across an uncharted world full of surprises, handling unexpected challenges like illness or wild animals. It might look simple at first, but I've invested countless hours. Once you're in, it's endlessly replayable. You can choose from three AI storytellers, each with a unique style and event frequency, ensuring every session feels new.

You've invested time in RimWorld, but it feels like you're struggling to connect with it.

He really enjoyed seeing his reaction to the game review. Dwarf Fortress is just wild.

My gf @Skyesgaming loved bear and breakfast You could go real old school and try the 'Theme' series from Bullfrog I just picked up Theme Park for my Mega Drive. Older Civs. The Rollercoaster Tycoon series is excellent too. Roller coaster tycoon 2 will still work on anything you throw it on. If you want a purely coaster focused builder then Disney's Coaster from donkey's years ago was a lot of fun

the long dark zombies don't starve snow runner kind of like mindcraft isn't real. it's more about time management—you decide when you want to use it, but it's still a great way to pass the time.

World End Diner Tavern Tavern might feel like a cozy retreat. Factory building games could be considered management. The Dyson Sphere Program certainly stands out as an excellent choice.

Wait for the new Microsoft Flight Sim to add hangar management and jazz features. For now, I prefer Xplane 12 for its higher realism, created by actual pilots rather than Microsoft.
