My gf @Skyesgaming loved bear and breakfast You could go real old school and try the 'Theme' series from Bullfrog I just picked up Theme Park for my Mega Drive. Older Civs. The Rollercoaster Tycoon series is excellent too. Roller coaster tycoon 2 will still work on anything you throw it on. If you want a purely coaster focused builder then Disney's Coaster from donkey's years ago was a lot of fun
