I just installed the Twitch desktop app on my computer to watch Devil May Cry, then my tablet triggered an alert about a suspicious Wi-Fi connection: SSL Decrypting. Someone might be trying to decrypt your network and could access or change your data. None of my other devices are reacting (perhaps because they’re wired), and I can’t locate the encryption settings in my router (Linksys 1900AC). I’m aware the Krack vulnerability hasn’t been patched yet. Anyone have advice on resolving this?

Ah, I notice you mentioned Norton. If you don’t have it, you’re not in trouble—just a false alarm. Unless you’re using Windows, KRACK won’t impact you at all.

Avoid Norton and try the free BitDefender version. It's not only compact, but it offers higher detection performance compared to Norton. This is specifically about the free edition.
