If you possess a reasonably capable graphics card, you should be able to play it adequately. Using just the built-in graphics will result in a severely poor experience, with many users finding it unplayable.

If you possess a reasonably capable graphics card, you should be able to run it adequately. Using just the built-in option will result in a severely poor experience, and most users would likely deem it ungameable.
