Hello everyone I just upgraded to the 9070 XT and noticed that while playing Black Ops 6 I see 100 percent utilization but it only displays at 260 watts and lower. Shouldn’t this card be around 340 watts when running at full capacity? I think it would boost more FPS, I tried Steelpunk and the card reached 360 watts during testing without problems, but in BO6 it stays under 260 watts so what could be the reason? My setup includes a B450 motherboard, 5700x3d RAM, 32GB DDR4, and an 800 watt PSU.

Recently upgraded to 9070 XT. What GPU did you have before? Did you use DDU before swapping out the older GPU, to install the newest driver from AMD's support site?
32gb ddr4
Do you have a link to this RAM kit?
B450 motherboard
B450 is the chipset—what’s your motherboard model? BIOS version for that board?
800w power supply unit
What’s the make and model of your PSU, and how old is it?
You didn’t mention the case details, cooling solution for the processor, or the operating system you’re using.

Various games require different levels of GPU usage, but because you achieve maximum performance in one title, it indicates that your configurations are accurate—the other games simply consume less from the card.
