It's questionable. I won't purchase from them anymore due to their poor handling of my CS:GO key. Essentially, they sold me the key, I activated it, and used it. About a month later, it deactivated itself. I already had G2A Shield with me. I contacted them via the website, and they asked for more details. I shared the information, but they erased the whole conversation and ceased communication. I had to file a complaint with PayPal to request a refund. I bought GTA V from Green Man Gaming during a sale, which was a good deal, and I now feel more confident in their reliability.
I haven't tried GTA V personally, but I purchased FC4 through G2A and managed to turn it on in Steam.
It's a mixed situation. Some people have solid experience, while others aren't as confident. The market is somewhat unclear—most folks buy keys from places offering them at very low prices. While some have great expertise, others don’t take it seriously. You’ll see people react strongly to this, but G2A isn’t very reliable. You might face issues, so if you’re willing to take the chance, I bought Diablo 3 Collectors Edition from them and it functioned properly. They shared images of a third-world box containing the key, which worked. However, some friends have had worse luck with this process.
