It might be a scam or just a small extra cost item. Check if others are selling it at the same price.
EDIT: It's safe to buy from a reputable seller.

G2A is not a safe option at all. Yes, you can obtain a working key, but most of what you buy from G2A involves keys bought using stolen credit cards. Keys from GOG, Rockstar Warehouse, and Origin carry a very high chance of being deactivated after purchase. If your key remains functional forever, it means you’ve essentially cheated the developer out of the sale—you might be pirating it.

Please, for the sake of everything, stop supporting G2A. They are the worst players in the game. If you need more details, watch the video below.

G2A employs its own questionable system named G2A Pay, which adds extra charges when using PayPal and claims buyer protection. This payment method comes with no assurances.
