I believe Far Cry 4 is a good value considering I own the game. There are some minor issues, but once the performance improves, it should be enjoyable. It isn't available on Steam, so you might need to purchase it from Uplay or other third-party platforms like G2A. The link provided was the most affordable gold edition I found, and with all problems resolved, it would be a worthwhile investment.

I liked Far Cry 3, but I was too caught up with engineering exams. Ah, nice break! I’ll catch up after the exams.

I owned a 780ti, needed to return it and found that only a 970 was available within the price range for a replacement. The 980 would be around $700 in Canada with a possible 10% discount. I plan to wait for an 8GB 980 or a 990/1080ti.
