I just got an HP 14s dq3109TU. My laptop gets pretty hot when I open apps or watch videos—my computer's temperature jumps up to about 80c-88c. But my SpeedFan app shows zero RPM, which means the fan isn't spinning at all. Do you know if there is a special HP program that can turn on the fan?
