All top configurations on an i5 4690S/280x have kept frame rates steady above 60 FPS so far (hope that helps). I’m holding back for now—no crashes beyond a few frozen subtitles.
I can confirm the game performed perfectly on an i7-4770K @ 4.2GHz with a GTX980 @ 1455MHz and a 1440p Gsync display... B)
It's really frustrating with my 290X setup. Of course it would be, since I'm pretty sure it's an Nvidia Gameworks title (though someone might want to check that). My game stays around 48fps max, and that barely matters because I usually hit about 35fps even with different settings—sometimes dropping to around 10fps. The game is fun, but performance is terrible.
