Yes, you've got the AIO pump connected to the PUMP header and the radiator fans linked from the CPU Fan header.

Ensure the pump connects to the yellow box for the AIO_Pump, and direct the radiator fans to the red box on the left labeled CPU_Fan.

I'm seeing online that I can manage the pump with the icon app, but if I switch connections, the BIOS takes over to operate the pump. It seems it works either way based on your preference.
