Is cyberpunk the heaviest game ever?
Is cyberpunk the heaviest game ever?
Yeah CP77 does manage to keep a system running, I suppose. I prefer to play the game with the highest graphics possible since it’s just a stunning space world built by the developers. The combat systems and the variety of choices/paths are a bit off-putting though. I haven’t even finished the first game, let alone the expansions.
To this day, one of the most challenging games for a system to handle is the late-game large maps in Ashes of the Singularity, especially when there are multiple NPC races involved. That would really push even a top-tier system to its limits.
I haven’t explored Starfield deeply enough to truly understand the game. Maybe because the animations feel like they belong to an older console title, I just can’t quite place it.
It's basically that. You get a few minutes to do something, then you're watching the space theme outside your ship window unless you just fast travel there. The only other game I've found much less interesting in my collection is Death Stranding. My buddy and I tease it as the UPS game. All you're really doing is delivering packages and trying not to get wet. I'm glad I got it for free. If I had paid, I'd have been upset. I don't really care about the At the Beach part two.
Based on my experience, VirtualDelinquent 2077 (Cyberpunk) stands out as one of the most challenging games I encounter, though it isn't the only demanding title available. My situation differs since I run the game on older systems, using high settings and keeping around 40-60 frames per second at 1080p. You might be recalling Starfield's earlier versions like Morrowind or Oblivion. Bethesda enhanced the Gamebryo engine into the Creation Engine, which has since developed into Creation Engine 2—the version used in Starfield. I’m not certain if you’re thinking of another title, though. I haven’t played Starfield myself.
A Paradox title in the late game will defeat any PC ever made.
The No Crysis series generally puts a lot of demand on graphics cards.
It varies based on the reference used for 'heavy'. Whether you include path tracing or not affects performance. CP2077 with full path tracing at 4K requires significant power, but turning off PT/RT makes it manageable.
