When I turn the monitor to 120Hz or 240Hz in CS Go, my movement gets jerky and it feels like the system is skipping frames. The net graph shows a stable frame rate above 250 even though I set the game's FPS limit to 270. In Windows, the cursor moves smoothly. I have two monitors connected to the GPU with different resolutions: the main one is a Samsung Odyssey G4 (25 inch) that supports up to 240Hz at 1080p, while the other is a cheaper Samsung monitor (19 inches) with a maximum of 60Hz refresh rate at 1366x768. Specs: CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 7900X Motherboard: Asrock X670E Steel Legend GPU: ASUS Dual Radeon RX 6700XT SMPS: Asus Thor 850P 80 plus Platinum Cabinet: Lian Li O11 Dynamic EVO RAM: 2x16gb 6000MHz DDR5 Corsair Vengeance CPU Cooler: NZXT Kraken X63 Keyboard: Razer Huntsman Tournament Edition Mouse: Razer Basilisk V3/ Razer Viper 8KHz Headphone: Razer Blackshark V2

I've fixed the problem. The HDMI cable was really making all the trouble. I swapped out the cable, and everything looks better now.
