Hello, is the COOLER MASTER G600 worth it? I'm considering buying it for around sixty dollars with a one-year warranty. Also, how many 6+2 cables does it include?

It's a decent low-end gold piece, though the one-year warranty isn't very generous.

The page on Cooler Master displays a 5-year warranty and four PCI-e 6+2 pin connectors. It's unclear if this matches the PSU referenced earlier, as all the links seem to have red crosses.

I asked the person I plan to purchase from, who mentioned a PSU warranty starting in the first year at their shop and lasting four years with Cooler Master Agent.

It varies by location and the specific "Consumer Rights" you have. A one-year warranty from the shop could be sufficient, with the rest of the period covered by the manufacturer according to legal standards.

My preference is for PSUs offering a 7 or 10-year warranty, especially for significant builds. Five years works for smaller setups and three years if I’m not too concerned about failure. A long warranty suggests confidence in durability.

If you can invest in a higher-quality option with a longer warranty (and it’s available locally), that would be ideal. Consider the Corsair RM650 mid-range PSU.
