Hi, I saw that Acronis has an option to backup individual Microsoft 365 accounts, but I'd like something cheaper. Is there another tool out there just like this for backing up private Microsoft accounts? I looked around a bit and only found stuff for business plans. Do you know anything? Thanks

OneDrive is a safe place to store all your Microsoft 365 documents. You can also save copies of these files on regular hard drives so that you have backups both online and locally.

What files are you trying to keep safe in your Microsoft 365 mailbox?

My main focus is on those emails, but I'd also want to back up one drive so things stay safe.

OneDrive acts as a safe place in the sky to store everything you have from Microsoft 365. You can also save some extra versions of these files on special hard drives so you are ready if they go missing elsewhere.

Check out @Mandark's tip: you can save a copy of this stuff on an extra drive just in case your main backup goes down, because keeping backups in the cloud is super safe too.

Hey, if you need to save your messages on your computer right now, just take out old ones using AutoArchive or copy them into a file named .pst so you can get them back whenever you like when you import it again. Bye!
