It seemed like a fake warez site at first, but it actually looks quite genuine.
If you must ask, I’d steer clear. When placing an order, always use a credit card instead of bank transfers or PayPal funds. If a credit card scam occurs, contact the issuer and request a chargeback (unless PayPal can help, in which case a card chargeback is preferable for the buyer).
