I’m considering boosting the CPU speed of an old i7 2600k system, and I’m wondering if using ASUS Auto OC would be suitable. I’ve heard it can push voltages too high. Should I allow it to run at higher voltages initially and then adjust later, or should I handle it manually? I’m not very experienced with overclocking and won’t be touching the RAM.
