Hey, I'm having trouble with my laptop. I took it to the repair shop because something broke before. They fixed that and replaced the BIOS code on my model ASUS S550 CA, so things started working again. But now a new problem happened. The fan is spinning really fast and won't slow down when I turn off the computer. It's just like a vacuum cleaner running all day. What should I do? They put software version S550 CB on my laptop.

Put the laptop back at the repair shop and tell them what's wrong. Whatever you try could cancel any parts or service warranty you have.
