Is anyone familiar with the Corsair H115i Elite being damaged?

Corsair H115i Elite wasn't found in iCue 5.5.134. I also encounter a boot error about CPU fan speed detection.
I tried an older iCue version with legacy support, which was the only one that showed the cooler in Device Manager and other settings. However, the latest version keeps triggering a beeping sound or failing to connect new devices.
It seems some software or firmware update for the cooler might have been interrupted.
I discovered a video on reinstallation using a .hex file, but since I reinstalled Windows, I can't locate that file on my storage. Do you know anyone who uses this cooler? Would you mind sharing the .hex file?

No need for full details because it's only about the cooler.
An example of the hex file name is given, though I'm unsure if it was renamed or not. I don't know the exact path, but searching C: for hex should help (anything related to Corsair should be unique).
It might be C:\Users\XXXXX\AppData\Local\Temp.
A working unit's hex file should also resolve the issue after installing it via the tutorial in the video linked to the topic.
If anyone with a Corsair H115i Elite has experience, please reply and let me know.

The specifications matter a lot. Even if the hex file from a functioning unit helps, it could still be a lucky break. But keep in mind, if the file doesn’t work due to hardware, software, firmware, or configuration issues, it might just brick the system again. No worries about sharing the details—someone might notice a problem or oversight.

The issue occurred because certain sensors were detecting apps such as HWinfo and disrupting the firmware update. Disabling auto updates and performing them manually in safe mode or with other apps closed should resolve the problem.
No I didn<|pad|> to contact yt videosource since I require the firmware for my unit model. I've already tested with firmware from another model.
