It seems that everyone has recieved their upgrade today, however I am still patiently waiting on the upgrade button for my notification. Has Microsoft said how long their upgrade waves will take or were they all meant to happen on day 1?

I came across a rumor suggesting certain systems won’t upgrade until full compatibility is achieved. I received a notification stating that the Corsair link wouldn’t work, which makes me wonder if that’s limiting progress.

They were waiting and chose to use their tool instead. It didn’t work, so the notification is gone. I won’t give up—I have plenty of free time now, so I’ll attempt ISO first, and if that fails, I’ll try a clean install of 8.1 (and then again with 10).

The ISO doesn't provide an upgrade path; it's intended for initial installations only.

I don’t want to go nuclear or pave. I have a job to complete, which could take hours or even a whole day to gather all my programs and plugins back together. Then I need to make sure everything functions properly, or I’ll be in trouble.
