Is a Warzone processor upgrade effective for boosting frame rates?
Greetings,
I'm presently utilizing outdated hardware and consequently need to play Call of Duty Warzone at all minimum configurations.
My inquiry is whether upgrading my central processing unit from an i5-4460 to a Ryzen R5 3600/x would result in any enhancement to my frames per second. I am currently limited to 60 fps, with roughly 50 regularly observed within the game – a barely acceptable experience.

To achieve optimal performance with a dual-channel configuration, acquire two 8GB RAM modules. Could you please specify the graphics card you are utilizing?
Absolutely, your motherboard is compatible with Intel’s i7 4000 series processors.
Transitioning from an Intel Core i7-4790k processor with 16GB of DDR3 memory to an Intel Core i7-9700k processor with 32GB of DDR4 memory has resulted in my perception of improved frame rates. Utilizing the same graphics card (GTX 1070), I’m now consistently achieving only up to 70 frames per second, a significant drop from the 80-90 fps I previously experienced. This improvement is particularly noticeable when maintaining near-constant CPU utilization, especially when utilizing an inappropriate power plan.
