People have mixed opinions about Windows 10. It’s worth considering upgrading if you need newer features or security updates. Most older programs should still run, but compatibility can vary. You can usually find a Windows 10 CD key from official retailers or authorized resellers.

Imo, version 7 remains superior. Upgrading your Windows 7 or 8 to Windows 10 using the in-place upgrade tool is recommended.

I enjoy MSX and find it superior to Win8. Please avoid using express-settings during setup.

It shows promise though, but it faces many compatibility problems with the latest operating systems. There are also privacy concerns and frequent mandatory updates that aren’t very appealing. Better wait for improvements before deciding. You’re welcome until July 2016, edited September 24, 2015 by AresKrieger
