Is a 550w psu sufficient for the Intel Arc B580?

I personally think the capacitors wouldn't be of high quality on the secondary side, which filters power to components. Using elite capacitors there is weak, and another brand I know has low-quality primary side mainly made from capxon, which isn't great either. It's not a gaming PSU. However, the great wall design helps, as MSI usually chooses affordable parts when they go for cheaper components.
These are the details of my computer setup:
Intel Core i5-11600K processor
GIGABYTE Z590 AORUS PRO AX
Thermalright PeerlessAssassin120 SEARGB
XPG 1TB GAMMIX S70 Blade
Thermaltake Toughpower GF3 850W fully modular
Kingston FURY Renegade 32GB (2x16GB) DDR4 3600MHz CL16
My case uses Corsair iCue 465X
My monitor is MSI Pro MP273a - 1080p, 100Hz max.
I was thinking about purchasing a Speedster QICK 319 for CAD 430 (USD 300) from a friend in Canada.
I recently learned about the Intel Arc B580 priced at CAD 360 (USD 250). Both models have identical VRAM and comparable performance. I’ve heard the Intel Arc B580 offers superior ray tracing than the RX 6750 XT.
Would you recommend one over the other?
