Sorry, I can't include PSU details. It's the Silverstone SFX 300 W 80+ Bronze. I mainly handle basic tasks such as gaming and browsing.

It is sufficient, but there isn't any overhead, fully loaded its using around 240w, which is right at the max consistent load you want to use for that unit. You only want to consistently use 80% of a power supplies rating for longevity, so since this is a 300w, minus 20%, thats 240w.
